Multi-page cross-referencing
Solving a single code often requires combining information from 2 or 3 different pages. A name from the about page, a number from the home page, and a pattern from the product page might all feed into one answer.

How hard are these escape rooms compared to physical ones?
The Hard rooms are comparable to a challenging physical escape room. You need to read carefully, notice subtle details, and cross-reference information across multiple pages. The two Insane rooms — 蛍の宿 (Hotaru no Yado) and Foxbridge Academy — go beyond most physical rooms; 蛍の宿 alone has five interlocking puzzles.
Are hints available on hard rooms?
Yes. Every room has progressive hints that unlock after 5 minutes. You get up to 3 hints that gradually point you toward the solution without giving it away directly. Using hints does not affect your completion, but your escaped page shows how many you used.
Should I start with easy rooms first?
It helps. The easy rooms teach the core mechanics — how clues are hidden in page content, how cross-referencing works, and what to look for. If you jump straight to Hard, you might not know where to start. That said, experienced puzzle solvers can handle Hard rooms without the warm-up.
Can I play hard escape rooms with friends?
