By accessing or using Escape The Website ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Escape The Website is an online puzzle game. Users browse fictional websites to find hidden clues and solve puzzles. Some content requires a paid purchase or active subscription to access.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Room unlocks are one-time purchases that grant permanent access to that room. Subscriptions (monthly or yearly) grant access to a library of rooms for the duration of the subscription period. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. All purchases are processed securely through Stripe.
Due to the digital nature of the content, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to purchased content, contact us and we will work to resolve it.
All content on Escape The Website — including puzzle designs, room artwork, and written materials — is owned by us and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
